Shift2 was awarded a grant from the New York State Polution Prevention Institute (NYSPPI) to refurbish 100 phased-out corporate laptops and distribute them to households within an environmental justice (EJ) community. This opportunity allowed our organization to expand access to technology within low-income communities while also keeping discarded electronics out of landfills.
